We are up in New Hampshire visiting my oldest daughter's family and went to dinner at a great restaurant, Bistro 603, in Amherst, NH. We had two out of our three kids' family with us for dinner which was great. The Bistro was glad to see us and seated us right away. Our waiter, Gavin, who was very helpful with the menu and our special food needs. My youngest daughter has a severe allergic reaction to diary. Gavin said we can meet your needs without any problems. We ordered our drinks and enjoyed each other's company. We didn't order any appetizers, but they had a good selection to choose from on the menu. We ordered beef hamburgers which were cooked to orders and they were delicious! The tacos and salsa were spicy and a good portion. Great tasting. The duck was excellent and the portions were perfect and were cooked to perfection. My daughter her salad and they made sure there was no diary in the dressing. She loved it. My granddaughter has allergies as well so we had to make sure her food had no diary in the pasta and/or sauce. If you are up in southern New Hampshire in the Amherst area, the Bistro 603 is a must stop. The atmosphere is family oriented and friendly. The wait service was excellent. In fact the manager came over to check on both my daughter and granddaughter, who both have allergies. I liked that the manager followed up with us. Everything was great. You will be surprised and impressed with their menu. Eat healthy and be safe. Safe travels!

Hidden surprise in a strip mall off Amherst St. l Don't let the outside deceive you.... We went there for a Thursday brunch and had the recommendations of the waitress. It's open for lunch daily. Great menu for breakfast and lunch. Not busy.....yet. Nice job Bistro 603. Will return!!!!!

My book club has been coming here periodically. We met again at Bistro 603 last week. Sat in the large function room in the back. There are doors to close off the room to eliminate background noise so we can have a good discussion. The service was very good, as usual. Considering there were nearly 25 in our group, that is commendable. The draft list is extensive with many local brews in the offering. I was very happy to have a Wormtown Blizzard of '78- one of my favorite winter brews. This time I had the Cuban Panini which was very good. The accompany fries were very good, as well. Recommended.

Amaaazing!!!! First time at Bistro603. Everything was on point. We had a mushroom gnocchi for an appetizer. The sauce was delicious and so refined. I had the tuna poke which was super fresh and tasty. My husband had the carne asada that was cooked perfectly. Restaurants have been hit or miss since the pandemic. This one had it all with good service, great tasting food, and great ambiance.

For a chilly fall Friday night, the restaurant had a good crowd. Luckily I had a reservation as it started to pick up once I arrived. The lighting and set up flowed well. They seem to have a few different dining areas. We sat in the main dining area. In hour in, they had live music, which was a nice touch. Our server, Dan was excellent, I highly recommend you ask for his section, very attentive, great service. The food overall was good. Let's start with the steak bomb spring rolls, get them, and ask for extra dipping sauce, thank me later! My friend had the steak frites and said her steak was cooked perfectly but the fries were soggy. My scallop entree was good but my risotto was over cooked. The scallops were cooked to perfection as well as the broccolini. For dessert, I ordered the special orange semolina cake with honey pistachio syrup. It was a large piece of cake served warm with vanilla ice cream but the flavor combos didn't mesh well and the syrup and nuts had a burnt flavor and bad aftertaste, I would not order this again. Overall, I would def return to try out more food options.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening for dinner with a friend. As a first-time patron, I was not sure what to expect. The ambiance was modern, and the restaurant was full. I was pleased to learn they have a scratch kitchen and a menu. The venue offers live music on Fridays, which makes the ambiance even better. The service was wonderful. Our server was attentive and regularly stopped at the table to check in on us. He made recommendations for menu options. My personal favorites were the following: Steak bomb spring rolls; the sauce is amazing. Steak frites - Yum! I can't wait to return.
